The Invitation: Use Hot Air as a tool: Invigorate, Energise, Enliven, Awaken, Arouse, self & others

1 Dragon Fire Breath: (2 minute minimum to Eternity & beyond!)

Exhale hot breath directly onto the beloved. Imaging you have a burning furnace in the belly, exhaling hot lava, like a dragon’s fire breath. Make a powerful “Haaaa” sound. Do this on your own, activating your power, the fire within. Do this on the bare skin of your beloved, exploring which areas are sensitive and responsive to this. In Love union, start breathing on base chakras, and travel up towards the crown, can induce sublime response. Enjoy your magic power or fire breath. 

2 Raising Kundalini through Mantra (2 minutes & beyond)

Awakening Life force energy, Kundalini, represented as a Snake within our body, through activating subtle energies via expressing appreciation in declaration mantras. The Gaytri Mantra invoking the nurturing Divine Existence. The Goddess Gayatri / “Veda-Mata”/ Mother of the RigVedas, sacred Sanskrit teachings. 

This mantra is very powerful for enlightenment / awareness, Do it in the morning or daytime. If chanted in the evenings, be immersed in a body of cool water, like the sea or a pool. It raise heat. For menstruating women, be mindful as it will raised Kundalini. 

3 Affirmation / Mantra: (1 minute to Infinity)

Gayatri Mantra: Aum bhūr bhu-Vaḥh Suvaḥh, Tat-Savi-Tur Vareh yNyaṃ, Bhargo Deh-Vasyah-Dhīmahi, Dhiyoh hYo hNaḥ Pracho-Dayāt. 

Meaning: We honour the magnificent supreme universal creator, embodiment of Light, remover of sufferings, bringer of enlightenment, Beautiful version of Deva Premal singing the Gaytri Mantra below
