Read poetry & speak your heart’s desire to the beloved.

- Affirmation / Mantra: (2 minute to Infinity)
“Ahh Ohh Mmm” / Aum = Total Sum of Universal Sound
Ahh = surprise and delight at discovering
Ohh = appreciating and valuing the rare
Mmm = Tasting, integrating, assimilating
