- Connecting Crown to Base: (2 minutes +)
Bowing down to the beloved’s Base Chakra, Malchut Serirah ספירה מלכות.
Place your Crown chakra of the beloved, Keter ספירה כֶּתֶר directly on the opening to Base Chakra, Malchut Serirah ספירה מלכות. Have a sense of blue light energy flowing from your crown to their base all the way up to their crown. Enjoy the profound blessings.
- Affirmation / Mantra: (2 minute to Infinity)
Sh..Ahhh…Llll…Aum = Shalom = سلام = שָׁלוֹם = Peace
Sh = Sound of silence
Aha = Opens the Heart
Llll = Opens 3rd Eye, Pineal Gland
