Loving-Kindness Metta practice, cultivates Love, Acceptance, Compassion, Forgiveness and Peace in Our World. Overcomes fear, anger, irritation and anxiety.

Meditate on Loving yourself and others. Have an image of Self & Others in your mind’s eye. Say / think / feel: “I love Myself, I love You/Others”. 

Start focusing on sending love and acceptance to yourself. Then move to those you care / love. Then move to others, then to those who challenge you, then to those you are avoiding. It will release you and cause energetic and consciousness change in the world.
