2. Heart of the Rose, “Niyasa”: ( 2 Minutes to Infinity +)
Rose petals as paint brush. “Paint” the face / body of the beloved, whispering: “Aum Shakti (Goddess) Aum / Aum Shiva (God) Aum”.
3. Affirmation / Mantra: (1 minutes +)
* I Am Pure Unconditional Love
